Pine State Biscuits began as a brainchild centered around…what else? The quest for the perfect, buttery, flaky, homemade biscuit. Three relocated southerners, hungry and homesick for southern comforts, knew biscuits all too well from growing up in North Carolina, but having relocated to Portland, Oregon, they craved the down home cooking they knew from childhood. So they banded together and decided to bring the Southeast to the Northwest. Over 15 years later, we now have five locations serving up our tried-and-true biscuits. We strive to be one of the community’s best places to both work and dine, and want to continue to grow our team with restaurant professionals committed to reaching that goal.
